We were pleased to attend the opening of Jubilee Court, Great Yarmouth by Great Yarmouth Borough Mayor Penny Carpenter.

Jubilee Court is a development of 18 new 50m2 one bedroom flats for Great Yarmouth Borough Council off Nelson Road North.

Constructed using a timber frame, clad externally with facing brick and feature panels of cladding. Each flat is provided with its own PV array and large picture frame windows flooding the living spaces with natural light.

“The new homes are named Jubilee Court, in honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s 70 years on the throne and a nod to the nearby Royal Britannia Crescent, which was named for the Golden Jubilee.“
