Jonathan Smith
Commercial Director
Jonathan joined the company 2007 and has been a Director since September 2013. Jonathan holds a BSc(Hons) degree in Construction Management and BEng(Hons) degree in Computer Systems Engineering.
Tristan Smith
Contracts Manager
Tristan joined the company in 2009 having completed a HND in Construction and the Built Environment at City College, Norwich. Tristan oversees a number of projects undertaking the Contracts Manager role.
Trevor Terrington

Trevor joined the company in 2022 having worked for many years within the industry. Trevor has attended various technical and health & safety training courses including the NEEBOSH Construction Certificate.
Andy Wilkinson

Andy joined the company in 2023 with many years experience in construction procurement. Andy is responsible for scheduling and ordering material requirements and finalising Sub Contract orders for projects.
Tony Mavilio
Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
Tony joined the company in August 2015 and has extensive experience of Estimating and Quantity Surveying and managing contract cost. Tony leads the day to day operation of our Estimating & Surveying function, working closely with David Melton. Tony has achieved an ONC/HNC in Construction.
David Melton
Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
David joined the company in June 2002. David has achieved an OND in Building and has a lifetime of experience in the construction industry; David has over this time gained extensive experience of Estimating and Quantity Surveying and managing contract cost.
Mike Ball
Quantity Surveyor
Mike joined the company in December 2023 having worked for many years within the industry. Mike has a degree in Quantity Surveying and works with our Supply Chain to sucessfully deliver projects.
Kimberley Dewah
Accounts
Kimberley joined the company in 2006 having completed a BA in Media Studies. She initially worked alongside Margaret assisting with processing purchase invoices. When Margaret retired Kimberley became responsible for the accounts department and oversees its day to day operation.
Sarah Wells

Sarah joined the company in 2014 and works with Joanna and Kimberley to process sales and purchase invoices, and manage customer interaction during the defects liability period on projects.
