Jubilee Court, Great Yarmouth
Construction of 18 new 50m2 one bedroom flats for Great Yarmouth Borough Council.
Constructed using a timber frame, clad externally with facing brick and feature panels of cladding. Each flat is provided with its own PV array and large picture frame windows flooding the living spaces with natural light.
Project completed as part of Norfolk County Council’s Major Projects Framework with Broadland Housing as Development Agents and Aecom as Contract Administrator.
